Taylor Eiselin

Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at MASSIE, Taylor excels in client engagement and driving growth across sectors with R&D tax credit needs. She seamlessly blends her passion for people with her skill in identifying opportunities to improve the R&D study process for clients, especially with tools they already use in-house.  She conducts in-depth industry research to stay updated on new developments for R&D tax credits and assists clients in choosing the best MASSIE solution for their needs. Leveraging her expertise in business and sales growth techniques, Taylor develops, executes, and oversees a client-centric business strategy. Her career before MASSIE included time at a public accounting firm, where she honed her skills in taxation and audits, focusing on R&D credit analysis. Taylor holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Go Salukis!) and now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In her personal life, Taylor is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues and actively participates in volleyball leagues and golfing. She has a keen interest in music, dedicating time to playing the keyboard and her Fender Sonoran Acoustic guitar. Taylor’s enthusiasm extends to all hobbies and people, finding joy and interest in every encounter.
