Stephanie Condon

As Director of Tax Credits at MASSIE, Stephanie blends her tax expertise, communication skills, and passion for efficiency to enhance client R&D strategies. Stephanie has worked with clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses, across various industries including software, oil and gas, manufacturing, and retail, among others. She has a strong track record of guiding clients through R&D software audits and has achieved no-change outcomes. Over the years, her tax technical proficiency has led to speaking and writing opportunities, including co-authoring a Bloomberg BNA article analyzing internal use software regulations.

Stephanie started her R&D career in 2004 at PWC, advanced through roles at boutique firms, and eventually founded and led the R&D practice at a national accounting firm. Building on her prior successes, Stephanie joined Tax Credit Co.’s leadership team and created tools and processes to simplify and improve the R&D data collection for clients. She holds a B.S. in accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Outside of work, she loves hiking and exploring Austin with her young son, Case. She enjoys wake surfing every chance she gets, traveling, and is a bit of a foodie.
