Sara Beth Watson, CPA

As MASSIE’s Director of Operations, Sara Beth is responsible for managing and improving MASSIE’s internal processes and supporting our growing team in providing the quality that MASSIE clients have come to expect. With over 16 years of experience in R&D tax credits and project management, she is an expert in streamlining the engagement process with the client in mind. Additionally, Sara Beth completed Emory’s Goizueta Executive Women’s Leadership Program, where she furthered her skillset in strategic thinking and leadership, demonstrating her commitment to enhancing operational success at MASSIE. Her career began at Grant Thornton, where she spent ten years in public accounting. After receiving a B.B.A. at Emory’s Goizueta Business School, she continued her education with an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Florida.

Sara Beth stays active with tennis and Pilates. She also loves vegetable gardening, hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with her family, and spending time at the Distillery of Modern Art.
