Monique Pham, EA

As a Project Manager at MASSIE, Monique combines technical expertise in R&D tax credits with thoughtful leadership throughout client engagements. She has extensive experience supporting credit studies across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, technology, software development, and manufacturing and distribution.

Monique began her career in public accounting at BDO and later joined KPMG, where she honed her strengths in accounting methods and incentives. Before joining MASSIE, she spent over seven years focused exclusively on R&D tax credits. Throughout her career, she has served in numerous leadership roles within firm committees and resource groups. She holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Houston Christian University and is an IRS-credentialed Enrolled Agent (EA).

Based in Houston, Texas, Monique is an active community leader committed to volunteer service. She has supported organizations such as HOBY Texas Gulf Coast and Ascend Houston, focusing on youth development, mentorship, and professional advancement for minorities and underserved communities. In her free time, Monique enjoys baking, cooking, traveling, and fishing.
