Michelle Magee, EA

As a Project Manager at MASSIE, Michelle is focused on helping clients navigate complex R&D tax credit opportunities through thoughtful, efficient, and strategic solutions. With experience supporting large corporate clients, she brings a strong understanding of R&D tax credits, process improvement, and technology-driven efficiencies, with a focus on delivering results while building lasting client relationships.

Michelle began her career in tax consulting at KPMG within the Accounting Methods and Credit Services practice. During her time at KPMG, she led major workflow automation initiatives and served as a steering committee member for the Network of Women and a Volunteer Culture Champion. These experiences reinforced her belief that strong teams are built through collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive culture.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends—and whenever possible, she’s on horseback. She loves sharing time in the saddle with the people closest to her and is always happiest when she can combine her love of horses with time spent with family and friends.
