Lauren Perlman Dieguez, CPA

As Manager of Tax Credits at MASSIE, Lauren is an expert in R&D tax credits, applying her skills to industries like mining and metals, manufacturing, food and beverage, and software. She is highly regarded for her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Lauren’s professional path began at EY, where she dedicated over four years to public accounting, focusing on federal tax planning strategies in their Central region Tax practice, including R&D tax credits. She earned her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Accounting from Florida State University.

Originally from New Jersey, Lauren has made Miami, Florida, her home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, exploring new restaurants, and baking, particularly when chocolate is a key ingredient.
