Kimberly Chappell

As Director of People Operations at MASSIE, Kimberly is dedicated to enhancing team strategies and nurturing the company’s culture, with a focus on hiring and developing the right people and boosting employee engagement. She is deeply committed to aligning the MASSIE team with its core values of doing great work, living great lives, and having great fun. Kimberly’s career journey began at Integrity Music & Media, where she was a key member of the executive team for a decade. She holds a B.A. in Education with a Business Administration concentration from the University of Mobile.

Outside of work, Kimberly has a diverse range of interests, including game nights with friends, traveling, cooking, singing in a band, event planning, and raising chickens. An outdoor enthusiast, she particularly enjoys walks and hikes. Residing in Alabama, she cherishes time spent with her husband and two sons.
