Joanna Barnes

As Director of Tax Credits at MASSIE, Joanna excels in bringing meticulous attention to detail and strong financial analysis to each client project. Renowned for her ability to forge significant client relationships, she is exceptionally skilled in precise calculation reviews and maintains proactive communication throughout each engagement. At MASSIE, Joanna also plays a key role in guiding and mentoring the Financial Analyst team, providing valuable leadership and support. Her prior experience includes a decade at ADP, managing federal and state tax credits for over 30 clients across diverse industries.

Originally from Poland, where she graduated from the University of Gdansk, Joanna now enjoys life in the U.S. Her leisure time is spent outdoors, often capturing stunning photographs of Florida sunsets, reading, and engaging in various arts and crafts.
