Before joining the MASSIE team, Joan was highly recognized for her exceptional dedication and customer service, earning the “Statue of Liberty” award for project assistance at New York Telephone Company, the “Teamwork Award” at ADP for exceeding expectations with exceptional service, and earning a spot within the President’s Club at ADP.

Joan’s passion is spending time with her young grandson. Outside of work, her many interests include cooking and saltwater fishing.
