Jackie Jansen

As MASSIE’s Director of Qualitative Content, Jackie expertly combines her passion for customer service with her exceptional skill in capturing the essence of clients’ technical R&D activities. She excels in crafting detailed narratives and plays a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the Technical Writer team. Jackie’s career began in the healthcare industry at Baxter Healthcare in technical product support and corporate marketing. She then moved to Discover Card, contributing eight years to marketing and business development. Jackie holds a B.A. in English from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Business.

In her spare time, Jackie happily facilitates her daughters’ many extracurricular activities. She also enjoys reading banned books, planning travel adventures, and doing home improvement projects with her husband.
