As MASSIE’s Director of Marketing & Sales, Ilona spearheads the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Renowned for her innovative approach, she consistently introduces fresh ideas and has a notable presence on social media. Ilona’s 17-year career has been marked by her integration of new technologies and systems in marketing. Her areas of expertise include event management, content, and website development, particularly in the accounting and not-for-profit sectors. She skillfully applies her knowledge in data analysis, lead generation, and user experience in her roles. Ilona earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Management from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, delving into the latest Grisham novel, and exploring new restaurants.
