Known for her forward-thinking mindset, she consistently delivers innovative ideas that elevate MASSIE’s brand presence. Ilona has established herself as a prominent voice on social platforms, skillfully leveraging them to engage audiences and build connections.

With an impressive (almost 20-year) career, Ilona has seamlessly integrated cutting-edge technologies and systems into her marketing approach, setting new standards in the field. She excels at collaborating with partners to deliver impactful campaigns, focusing on the entire user journey and breaking free from conventional content strategies. Her expertise in differentiation is particularly notable in the accounting and not-for-profit sectors, where she brings fresh perspectives to the table.

By harnessing her skills in data analysis, lead generation, and user experience, Ilona consistently drives results that align with MASSIE’s goals. A graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, she earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Management, laying the foundation for her successful career as a leader in the marketing world.
