As Director of Tax Credits at MASSIE, Ernie is dedicated to overseeing client engagements from start to finish. He focuses on building strong client relationships, maximizing sustainable credit benefits, and enhancing process efficiencies. With over nine years of experience in the R&D tax credit field, Ernie has developed a broad expertise, having previously worked at Deloitte, where he focused primarily on R&D tax credits for a diverse range of clients. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, and a Tax L.L.M. from Loyola Marymount University.

In his personal time, Ernie is an avid movie-goer and enjoys baking. He also values spending quality time with his family and his dog, Winston.
