Avery Hale

Avery works closely with MASSIE leadership on staffing initiatives and other specialized projects. In her efforts, she focuses on growing the company while still preserving the team culture MASSIE celebrates. Avery is also currently a full-time MBA student at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, concentrating in Finance and Strategy. Prior to MASSIE, Avery worked at EY for four years in various technology consulting roles and earned her undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Florida State University.

In her free time, Avery enjoys hiking with her dog, Sunny, exploring restaurants around Nashville, and spending time at the gym. She has traveled to over 20 countries and grew up in Panama City, Panama!
