Avery Hale

As MASSIE’s Staffing & Project Specialist, Avery collaborates with leadership on staffing initiatives and unique projects. Her goal is to help grow the company while maintaining the team culture that MASSIE is known for. Concurrently, she is pursuing a full-time M.B.A. at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Finance and Strategy. Avery’s prior experience includes four years at EY in diverse technology consulting roles, following her graduation from Florida State University with degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing.

In her downtime, Avery relishes hiking with her dog Sunny, discovering new restaurants in Nashville, and spending time at the gym. An avid traveler, she has visited over 20 countries and hails from Panama City, Panama.
