Andrew Green

As MASSIE Special Ops, Andrew is responsible for connecting with R&D representatives from across the U.S. and sharing MASSIE best practices at special, state-specific events. He excels at cultivating strong client relationships and guiding teams toward a unified vision, ensuring organizations feel supported and confident as they navigate their R&D credit opportunities. Before joining MASSIE, Andrew served as a missionary at Auburn University and Mississippi State University, where he developed skills in leadership, relationship building, and public speaking. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs!

Andrew currently resides in Auburn, Alabama, with his wife Mary, his son John, and his baby on the way, Maria. Outside of work, he enjoys prayer, spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and golf, although fatherhood has reduced his time on the course. Known for his outgoing nature, he loves traveling with groups and has a knack for turning friendships into shared adventures abroad. Andrew’s latest ambitions include working on playing the guitar well and becoming fluent in Spanish.
